“Setting the clock and timer on my range is not working. Pressing the clock for 3 secs will only allow me to enter 2 numbers. Setting the timer does not work at all. Is there some way to reset the controls?”

I'm not sure if this will help. Fortunately my wife has a Samsung phone that linked up to the Samsung Stove and she was able to set the clock on our stove by linking it up. It even asked if she wanted to set the clock with her phone.
