No i doesnt and it was frustrating to know all their appliances come with a power cord and not the range. How do they expect us to use it without power? Dumb move on samsungs part or bestbuy i dont know who to blame. They charge extra for the cord they have included with the range. Ridiculous id you ask me.

It says it comes with a power cord and I just spoke with Best Buy virtual assistant and they said it comes with power cord
