Yes, one is faster than the other. Yes they are the front outside larger ones.

To further help with this, I can provide the size and wattage for each burner: Center - Warming Center, 100 W; Left Front - 6"/9", 3300 W Rapid Boil™; Left Rear - 6", 1200 W; Right Front - 9"/12", 3000 W; Right Rear - 6", 1200 W. ^Jecca
