“Does a copy of the "full manual" accompany delivery of the range? If not, why not - and where would one obtain said full copy and what does it cost? Further, the steam-cleaning instructions advise to "use the glove" - does a glove arrive with the range?”

Great questions, Fay34210! Samsung now provides all of our manuals on our website in a downloadable form. This is primarily to help reduce paper waste. I do have this link (https://bit.ly/2XDmn5Q) that will take you directly to the user manual for this model. It is highly recommended to use a cooking glove or pot holder of some type when reaching inside a hot oven, however these items are not included with the range. ^Jecca
