“Why can’t I push any of my buttons on the front of my range. The burner knobs turn on and work fine”

• The screen is probably locked. Look at the bottom right side of the screen, you will see a lock symbol. You need to press and hold it for 3 seconds. This will enable you to use the buttons then. This is a safety feature, especially if you have children. Hope this helps. Enjoy your new Samsung stove.
