My oven: NE63A6751SG. I can't get just the top oven to turn on. The oven is 1 1/2 years old and I've used the top oven maybe 6 times; worked fine.

My oven: NE63A6751SG. I can't get just the top oven to turn on. The oven is 1 1/2 years old and I've used the top oven maybe 6 times; worked fine.
Now I can't just turn on the top. When I push bake (left side), the whole oven turns on. Help null

In order to use just the top oven, the gray solid separator must be in the right height position and pushed back far enough to make contact with the contacts that allow the top oven only to work. When you make contact you should hear one beep.

You m7st have the divider in the oven pushed back to position

It seperate the 2 ovens to bake
