• A:Answer I had the same problem! Then I realized you can only use the air fryer in the whole oven so you have to take out the separator in order to use the air fryer. Hope this helps!

Q: QuestionCan the entire oven space be used as one oven? In other words, can I remove the piece that divides that two ovens and cook a big Turkey?

• A:Answer Yes. But the drawer is small. The flex duo stores in it but you can't fit the griddle and air fryer basket in it. Pots won't fit, either. Only the small 2 cup sauce pans.

Q: QuestionMy oven: NE63A6751SG. I can't get just the top oven to turn on. The oven is 1 1/2 years old and I've used the top oven maybe 6 times; worked fine. Now I can't just turn on the top. When I push bake (left side), the whole oven turns on. Help

• A:Answer In order to use just the top oven, the gray solid separator must be in the right height position and pushed back far enough to make contact with the contacts that allow the top oven only to work. When you make contact you should hear one beep.
