240 is required. I would go with 4 prong as long as you have to have it run. No cord comes with this, but there is an extra ~$35 charge to buy the cord. The installers will check for 3 or 4 prong during install and install the appropriate one.

The range is rated as a 40-amp user but most building codes call for 50 amp service in the kitchen for electric ranges. The back of this range accommodates floor mounted 240 volt receptacles well so that the range can be installed up to within 3/4 inch of the wall.
