“I am wanting to install this in an island that does not have a hooded vent, it has a vent on the floor. Does this require a vent to the outdoors or does the vent at the back of the induction range top just blow into the kitchen?”

The vents in the back just vent up, havent had a need with this stove to turn on the overhead exhast, its a nice stove
