“HBO Go issues? The HBO Go app comes preloaded on this TV but I cannot get it to work. I activated HBO Go , I can see all of the content but I can't play anything. It gives me an error message that says "sorry but your video cannot be played at this time". I am trying to uninstall the app and then reinstall it. Is there any way to uninstall the HBO Go app that comes preinstalled? HBO Go app works on all my other devices in the house. Perhaps there is a software issue with the HBO Go app within this Samsung TV. Can any one help?”
