We have not experienced this problem at all.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have this tv, and it is connected to a sound bar. I haven't experienced this problem, or any problem. Both products are Samsung, so maybe that is why they are more compatible?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That has never happened to me. I went through all of my settings and didn't notice it right away. I have an Insignia sound bar and I'm using the optical connection. I suppose it could happen for some reason, but I'm not sure what would cause that. I suppose if the tv is on the factory firmware and not the updated version, that might be one reason -- I guess. But that just doesn't sound likely to me with a normal hookup unless the tv itself is defective. I'm certainly not saying it didn't happen to that guy, but lots of people report things like that when it's actually something they did wrong. You could probably have a salesperson hookup a sound bar in the store for you. Good Luck!
