• Try using the picture setting from ratings.com and make sure your cable/dish box is outputting the signal to the highest resolution possible.

• Not sure if you already have the answer to this but it could be the channels your watching. Most basic TV channels are not offered in HD or 4K which will result in a pixelated or blurry viewing experience. For the clearest picture quality try watching channels that offer HD or ask your cable provider if they offer HD channels.
