• It all depends on your vehicle. I laid it down in back of my pick up.. no problem and no damage. It is well packaged and will travel well either way.

• Must be hauled standing up only. You risk breaking the screen if you vault laying down. Weight should be in the specs. It's not heavy but may be alward for one person to move.

• Standing up is safer for the screen. Just drive carefully if you must lay it down. If you've ever seen glass panel trucks they transport vertically. Same idea here.
