• My guess would be price difference. 55in TV's are noticeably less expensive then the next size up. I've look at both, same!

• The only review site I find trustworthy across the board is rtings.com and you can find their review here http://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/samsung/ks8000 . I did intensive research before deciding on the 60ks8000 and it is by far the best TV I've ever owned. I had 2014 LG 8500 series and it pales in compare to the quality of picture and the access to different apps is a nice plus as well.
