• Yes it has, in setting Audio out you can find the option.

• Not sure about the soundshare capability but it does have a 240 refresh rate...

• yes soundshare, among many other connectivity options. Couldn't find where the information was for the refresh rate on the TV and cannot remember from the time of purchase
