It does. I have mine connected to the HBO Go server and it works great.

I don't know specifically but I would imagine so because DirecTV and HBO have a deal, and Samsung and DirecTV have a deal. Also it isn't specifically on the list for 4k Netflix support but it is supported. It's a newer model so the list probably just isn't up to date and it's just a matter of certification process.
