• Metric M8x1.25 and at least 3/4" long, or better 1" long (if too long you can take up the space with washers) depending on how thick your mount is, The threads for the mounting holes on the TV are deeply recessed, my 1/2 long bolts from mounting my old tv barely caught the threads with just the TV alone.

• The TV new from the box does come with screws.
