QuestionI got my 60 smart 4k yesterday. I can't seem to get connected to the Internet though. Says I'm connected to the router but not to the Internet. Distance isn't a problem. Has anybody else had this problem?

- Answer Hook-up for me was super easy (typically I can be a bit challenged with this) the TV stepped me through, just needed to enter the password and I was all set. IGood luck!

Questiongot this set from Costco but where's the owner's manual? Replacing older model that came with a manual about 1 in thick.all I got here was a quick set up guide.I feel a little stupid with all this set has to offer but don't know how or where to start.

- Answer No user manual is fairly common these days. Go to samsung.com and you should find the user manual for download pr print. I normally read online and save a tree since manuals took up a whole kitchen drawer. Best to you

- Answer Searched online and saw a few options including a youtube video that focused more on movie mode, but to be honest there was a Cnet video that detailed best steps to calibrate tv to your liking and did just that. Making picture quality better to my liking.

- Answer What do you mean by "DirecTV ready"? Do you mean if you can watch DirecTV on it? Yes, you can watch DirecTV on any TV with a HDMI input. All flat panels have a HDMI input. Additionally, this TV will sync with your DirecTV box to allow the smart remote to control your DirecTV. I tried it and didn't care for it as the smart remote lacks the buttons of the DirecTV remote.
