There are mounts available that would enable the TV to be mounted vertically from the ceiling although that would not be recommended. The content would need to be created to be shown vertically (the TV would not change the orientation like an Ipad). Also, the TV is not rated for installation vertically and would not last due to the way it is made to dissipate heat. A commercial TV would be needed to be mounted vertically.
