Call Samsung support. They can probably guide you through what it is. Probably the display is a goner.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.1. Try pushing the "Inputs" button at the top of the remote to make sure you're on a good input. 2. Try unplugging it for at least 30 seconds and then plugging it back in. 3. Push the "Settings" button and check the brightness setting. Kids might have gotten into it and changed something!
