A:AnswerThe TV comes with a fixed base, but you can rotate the TV and base on whatever surface it's sitting on... as long as the surface is big enough.
If you want to mount it to the wall and swivel it, you'll need to buy a wall mount that allows it to swivel... but that has nothing to do with the TV.
