• You have to have an A/V receiver and run all your inputs through it. Use this TV as a monitor only. Samsung eliminates a useful feature with every new TV they produce, I expect the next one to have only 1 HDMI input, and nothing else... Can't even connect a sound bar to this one..

• My connection as follow. Cable box top to home theater system via HDMI cable. Next connect second HDMI cable to tv. Done. I have a Samsung home theater in a box.
