How do you define "all functions"? I actually use the AT&T U-Verse remote for all broadcast TV watching; I use the Smart remote only foe Nerflix, Amazon,,etc. I suggest you ask either Best Buy or DirectTV.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was able to program mine to run UVerse and I did see Comcast as a option. It also comes with an IR extender so that don't have to have your cable box out in the open.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does, but in my opinion, it is more than likely not going to be as smooth as the cable box remote. It's a mixture of the TV and cable box functions, which can be a bit annoying. Well for me at least...
