• It comes with the "One Connect Mini". This is a single cable from the TV to a small box that contains 4 hdmi, 2 usb2, and optical audio out. On the back of the tv, it has 1 usb3, 1 ethernet, 1 coax, 1 audio out mini jack. It also has 1 composite & 1 component input in through cable adapters that come with the tv. The actual ports look like mini jacks.

• Yes, the TV comes with the One Connect box--there are no HDMI inputs on the TV itself.

• Yes. One cable from the TV to the box in which you plug in the HMDI's.

• Yes, there is a separate box which actually works really well. Did not think I would like it at first, but makes the connections easier.
