It depends on which TV Mount you are using. We figured it out after we went through all of them that came in the bag.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you use the 2 screw-in spacers on the top holes, then the 2 plastic spacers on the bottom with washers. Put the bracket over the top of the spacers, then screw in the mounting screws. The top ones will screw into the metal spacers you used on the top holes.
