“I purchased the Samsung 65' #UN65KS8000F about 3 weeks ago. Ive had continuous problems with the audio going off for about 5 seconds and then the TV actually shuts off for about 10 seconds also when on an app. it knocks me back to reg. TV.... Whats up???”

Should not be doing this take it in and do a return exchange
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Samsung is notorious for power on/off issues and auto switching sources. The problem is probably the power supply board. Same thing happened to me..I replaced the power board now works fine. So like an idiot I went out and bought the ks8000 mines fine so far
