Yes this set can be wall mounted. It weighs considerable less than previous 65 inch models. See the attached photo of the mounted TV that I took immediately after I ran the hidden wiring and placed on to the mount. Regarding the hidden wiring, this set uses a connection system that Samsung calls "One Connect". It is a small unit that you run all of your, non-power, wires through so that you actually only have one wire going to the set. This simplified the fishing of the wires (only one instead of 4 - 6, and if I add another component I just hook it up to the One Connect box and done!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used the Rocketfish RF-TVMLPT03. In addition to the spacers that come with the set, you will need to purchase 4 Phillips Metric machine screws (M8-1.25 x 45mm) and they are not easy to find. I ended up using 50mm screws (40mm are too short) that I bought at Lowes with three washers between the mounting arms and the screw head to compensate for using screws that were too long. Other than that, the installation went perfectly. The template provided with the wall mount allowed me to level the marks before drilling pilot holes for the lag bolts. Even if the mounting bracket is slightly out of level once its bolted to the wall, you can fine-tune the TV level by adjusting one of the two leveling screws on top of each mounting arm.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I mounted mine today. You'll need to use spacers (included w/ tv) when mounting due to the back having a slight curve.
