• Generally they're the same, but sometimes the bezel color might be different.

• Spec wise they are the same. The Costco model is a black bezel, where has the KS8000 is a silver bezel. The difference in model number is typically done for 2 reasons 1) For warranty purposes (costco gets a full extra year on warranty) 2) so that you cannot price match between the two models.

• I've been looking into this, and I cannot find a difference in specifications between the two. Im just guessing here, but I think they ARE the same. Where you will notice a difference is customer support if something should go wrong with the TV. BestBuy will likely have better customer service then Costco for technical assistance, or warranty replacement/return.

• No, the ones at Costco that I looked at had a 120 Motion Rate. This TV at Best Buy has a 240 Motion Rate.
