Generally they're the same, but sometimes the bezel color might be different.

The difference in model number is typically done for 2 reasons 1) For warranty purposes (costco gets a full extra year on warranty) 2) so that you cannot price match between the two models.

Where you will notice a difference is customer support if something should go wrong with the TV. BestBuy will likely have better customer service then Costco for technical assistance, or warranty replacement/return.
