• No they just deliver. You would have to pay for set up.

• You will need to have geek squad appointment. The delivery people will only deliver. So no they do not connect anything for you. You pay geek squad to hook all that up but they do a darn good job. They unpack, assemble, hook everything up, and dispose of trash!
