It's probably your connection, maybe even the HDMI cable you are using? Not all HDMI cables are made the same. There's category 1 and category 2. You want a category 2 cable and they make them with and without Ethernet. I suggest ones with Ethernet. Also, let's say you are using a Roku 3 with it ... Roku 3 is not setup for 4k, you would need to get a Roku 4. However, I'm using a Roku 3 and still rather impressed but my daughter said it gives the appearance of being on stage - not real. Also was it transported standing up or did you lay it down to transport? If you transported laying down it can cause damage.
