“Are the screw holes for wall mounting the same size and distance in all Samsung tvs, I got a Samsung 51" plasma and it's going out I'm looking to upgrade to a 65" LED, they should be about the same weight, will the holes still line up for my wall”

Your wall mount should be adjustable to fit the pattern. Make sure that it is rated for the weight I don't think they are all the same, changes by size of set
