• It does connect to the Internet but the browser is built in. If you want to use your own browser you will have to cast your ipad or computer or phone to the screen vie chromecast or appletv or some other similar product.

• Yes both wifi or wired capable for internet connection and you can access the web browser TV app to browse the internet. It also has several streaming apps such as Netflix available.
