We have a pair of Sennheiser cordless headphones for this same reason. Not Bluetooth, but the transmitters plug into RCA audio outputs.

This TV projects the audio down, reflecting off the surface it is sitting on, and has a nice clear sound. 2. The TV is able to connect to blue tooth devices, including blue tooth headsets.
