Yes it’s happening now. I’ve learned my lesson and I’ll it from target from now on. Best Buy is running a scam where they mishandle the merchandise, and pass the cost onto the customer. I may try to find a law firm who might want to make a little extra money in a class action lawsuit.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem. But the Best Buy I got it from was helpful and refunded it right away for me and got me a store pick up same day at a different store since they were sold out.

We bought a 85" Samsung last weekend and had it delivered, we already had the same tv in our bedroom and wanted another for the living room and love the brand. Delivery drops off the TV, we take it in the house and pull the side tabs and start to unbox it an the back of the TV was falling off ! , I immediately called Best Buy Customer service and they scheduled an exchange for yesterday. The picked up the defective and left us the new one. Brought it in the house and unpacked carefully and it had a cracked screen! Two in a row broken... Called immediately and tried to stay calm. We have rental homes and spend thousands with Best Buy on appliances for our rentals and own home, but what are the odds of getting two broken tv's in a row?, the customer service said the 85" is now out of stock and they will be sending a 75" instead next Friday. I told her I want the delivery people to stay until we unbox it and plug it in this time..

I told him that the TV had remained in the box until my installer pulled it out today and found the screen cracked. The manager kind of suggested that he thought the installer dropped it and that's why yesterday they wanted us to pay BestBuy for installation. After finding scrape marks on the box they arranged for me to pick up the same model at the Waynesville BestBuy.
