“Just got this tv today, and the picture is beautiful. Was pretty easy to set up with our cable box. However, my husband and I are old school and are already missing a remote with numbers on it to just punch in a channel. Can we set up our cable remote?”

• My DirecTV remote works with this TV. We didn’t have to do anything to set it up, our prior TV was a Samsung and it just connected. However I do prefer the TV remote once I worked out all the how-tos.
