• Hi PDW22, The 65" AU8000 measurements are 57.1" x 32.7" x 1" (WxHxD) without the feet on and 57.1" x 34.4" x 11.1" without the feet. I hope this helps! ~Samsung Advisor

• Legs are 42 inches apart, it will fit but the tv will hang over a couple inches on a 47 inch stand. Legs are about 11 inches in depth
