“When I push 123 button I get digits. But when I select a digit it doesn’t do anything. So I can’t change channels with my cable app. Why is this happening?”

Same problem I encountered. Hoping a Samsung customer service rep would read this and tell us what to do.

Use the left and right directional buttons to move along the row, and then press the Select button to choose the number. When you have finished selecting all the numbers, you need (for example, 123), press the up directional button to move to the Done option, and then press the Select button to finish.
