When I push 123 button I get digits. But when I select a digit it doesn’t do anything. So I can’t change channels with my cable app. Why is this happening? null

Hi Newbie,

To select channels directly by channel number, press the “123” button on the remote to display the virtual numeric keypad. Use the left and right directional buttons to move along the row, and then press the Select button to choose the number. When you have finished selecting all the numbers, you need (for example, 123), press the up directional button to move to the Done option, and then press the Select button to finish.
