“Do you still have to have cable access, I want to cut the cable. And I see the multiple apps on there like Netflix, HBO, etc. Do they all require a paid subscription. And does it have the regular channels without cable or antenna? Thanks”

Hi Thomas, The Samsung AU8000 has Samsung TV Plus which offers hundreds of free channels of news, sports, movies, and much more which is available to you at no cost. It also has a built-in app store where you can choose from hundreds of apps to download. The apps do require a login and may require a subscription to their service. To access local channels you will need an HD antenna. I hope this helps! ^Brie
