QuestionDoes this TV have the ability to use YouTube TV, is it preinstalled or do I have to download it? I don't see it mentioned and that is the primary streaming service I use.

- Answer Hi Jonny! The 65RU9000 works with Alexa speakers allowing additional voice commands to be used to control the TV with your existing Alexa speakers. This model also features a Bluetooth audio output allowing wireless connection to any Bluetooth enabled speaker. ^Tim

QuestionI purchased the Ru9000 (65") and set it up yesterday. I am a little disappointed with the picture .No better than my prior 5 year old Vizio that did not have HDR or 4K. Is there something I need to do with the settings to achieve a crisper picture?

- Answer I ran across the same problem I didn't fix it I don't know what to do about it if you figure it out I could sure appreciate something I still have another week when I can return it right now I'm leaning towards the return just not happy
