“I have always used Amazon fire TVs, and recently purchased this TV as an upgrade. Unfortunately, I miss a lot of the features from my fire TV. Is there a way you can purchase a new remote, that comes with a voice search? Having a hard time with this TV!”

• The CU7000F does not have built-in Alexa, but it does work with Alexa-enabled devices. You can ask your Alexa device to turn on your TV, change channels, control the volume, and more. ~ Samsung Specialist

• This TV comes with the ability to hook it up to Alexa or Google. I am almost positive that there is a voice command in there.
