• It does have amazon prime and YouTube. The remote has a little circle with four arrows and you push the arrows to move the mouse, and the button in the middle of the circle is like your clicker.

• Yes, this TV does support Amazon Prime Video and YouTube. It doesn't have a mouse but more something similar to a raised circular clickable glide-point. No dots in the middle.
