Just unplug the TV then wait at least 30 seconds and then plug the TV back in and hold the power button down for 20 seconds this clears the cache...Amazon Prime Video will now play whatever you want.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure about the app issue with Amazon Prime. You could use a work around though until you can solve the issue with prime. You can "cast" Prime to you tv if needed until the app can be fixed or the issue is resolved.
