• I think I have the same issue. But it happens on all of my Samsung tvs - 2 of this model and one Q model. Did you ever find out what causes it?

• Go with the cheapest easiest start. Change out the cables if you haven't done it. Are you using a switching device for the HDMI cables? Check that. If known electronics are good, then look to the TV. I haven't experienced anything but pleasure.
