“Is this TV's refresh rate considered true 120 Hz? I'm concerned about motion blur and how well they mask it if it's not true. The jump up to 240 is expensive! Thanks”

Its a 60 hz panel with trumotion 120 which means it simulates 120 hz. You have to keep in mind that TVs sold during black friday are usually TVs made for the holiday which might be lacking features in order to make them more affordable.
