• A:Answer No. Must be a power outage in your area. Or a severe thunderstorm. It does power off if it is not used for some time. You might need to adjust the sleep settings.

• A:Answer I had a picture issue with my Samsung and called Samsung. They arranged a local technician to come to my house and fix it. Repair tech did a fantastic job. Had to be home to help him take TV off wall.
