If your VCR requires an RCA connection you would need an adapter.

Haven’t seen a vcr in awhile but as I recall they only had connections via RCA jacks. That type of connection is not available on this tv. You may be able to find some sort of RCA to HDMI converter that would allow you to use that though I highly doubt it since vcr technology is so old.
