I had the same problem as the bolts were not long enough. I had to get 45mm bolts from the hardware store.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.For 65" Q6f you will need 2 m8×1.25×45mm bolts for the top and 2 m8×1.25×55 mm for the bottom. The bottom holes are deeper and thus need longer bolts. Also remember to use spacers provided with tv.

The mount provided with the TV stand i got didnt have screws long enough to fasten into the bottom holes on TV. What i ended up doing is taking the screws to Home Depot and finding the same type of screw but longer, i bought a couple different legnths to see which worked best and mounted my TV. I'm sure you can go through Samsung to resolve this issue but I didn't want to wait for who knows how long and it could also be costly. Screws from Home Depot cost me about 3 bucks.
