I have seen that Samsung has corrected this issue with firmware update.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had very si I.ar problem when I first bought this tv. I read all of the:manuals, did extensive research on the internet. Spoke with friends and past friends on Facebook. Even looked up on Twitter. The auto timer is frequently the issue. If you are certain that this is not cause of your issue, then check your cords and plug control sensor apparatus. Plug tv into wall. It does wonders.
