• This tv comes with one small silver remote that does it all. Program additional devices in the settings menu on the tv.

• Mine came with only one remote, the metal one. The Geek Squad set it up for me and also my cable remote. Both work well.

• It comes with the metal remote only. I purchased the Q6fn 2 months ago (Walmart) and it came with the black plastic remote. When I purchased the Q9fn (Best Buy) one month ago it came with the metal remote. I believe the upper priced TV's come with the classy looking silver metal remote. Hope this helps you.
