“Anyone having an issue when they turn on the TV it is like a screen saver, even if you hit home you can hear the correct station or app in the background, but have to unplug the TV for it to work right again, this is after having it installed yesterday”

Yeah. I had one of those boxes that had multiple hdmi cords connected. Playstation,switch,xbox etc.... and cable. Until I took the cable off the box with multiple hdmi. And send the 4k cord (good to have) from cable straight to tv hdmi. Once I did that I went into settings. There is a spot to hook up your cable to tv. It will allow your samsung remote to work with your cable box aswell. Once you get the command to press up and down. You shouldn't have to do that. Fyi don't forget to hit home to get to list then scroll to the right. Hope this helps.
